Project Manager

About the role

Coordinate projects that strengthen technology, operations and the candidate experience. Help teams agree on scope, sequence work, resolve dependencies and keep stakeholders informed across product launches, process improvements and growth initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Translate goals into briefs, deliverables, owners, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies and scope changes.
• Coordinate engineering, design, customer success, marketing and operations.
• Run purposeful check-ins, record decisions and escalate blockers with clear options.
• Support launches, handovers and retrospectives; improve delivery practices.

What you bring

• Evidence of coordinating projects involving multiple people, deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organization, written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with shared planning tools and adapting Agile or other delivery methods.
• Ability to surface risks early, negotiate tradeoffs and keep teams accountable respectfully.

What success looks like

• Projects have clear scope, owners, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Risks and dependencies are visible early enough for the team to act.
• Launches include the documentation and handover needed to keep work moving.

Nice to have

Software delivery, recruiting operations, distributed teams, budget tracking, change management or a project-management certification. Transferable coordination and operations experience is welcome.

Working hours & location

This is a full-time, remote role. We prefer working hours aligned with UTC−5 (UTC−4 during daylight saving time). Other U.S. time zones also work. You can apply from any time zone if you can overlap with U.S. working hours.

Compensation & benefits

Salary range: US$45,000–60,000 / year.
