Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Develop and test marketing that helps relevant candidates and prospective customers discover careercodecracked. Your work includes content, search, social, email, partnerships and conversion improvements, connecting creative execution to measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Research audiences and turn their needs into clear messages and campaigns.
• Create or coordinate landing pages, content, email and social campaigns.
• Plan channel experiments with clear hypotheses, measures and budgets.
• Track acquisition, conversion and engagement; report results and improve weak points.
• Work with design and customer teams to communicate our services and open roles clearly.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and explaining their results.
• Strong copywriting and the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Comfort with analytics, campaign tracking, spreadsheets and funnel analysis.
• Ability to prioritize experiments and communicate without exaggerated claims.

• Campaigns reach relevant audiences and connect to measurable acquisition or engagement goals.
• Channel experiments produce clear findings that inform the next investment.
• Messaging accurately represents our services and attracts suitable candidates and customers.

Nice to have

SEO, paid acquisition, email automation, conversion optimization, recruiting, communities, partnerships or B2B marketing. Freelance work and independent campaigns can demonstrate relevant experience.

Working hours & location

This is a full-time, remote role. We prefer working hours aligned with UTC−5 (UTC−4 during daylight saving time). Other U.S. time zones also work. You can apply from any time zone if you can overlap with U.S. working hours.

Compensation & benefits

Salary range: US$35,000–50,000 / year.
